No weigh-ins or no singlets required!
Just lifters of all levels lifting as much weight as they can!
Lifters get 3 attempts at the Snatch and 3 attempts at the Clean & Jerk.
Come and lift, cheer, volunteer and learn more about the sport of Weightlifting!
